Go To Bed And Sleep...













Try any of these, what works for some may not work for you BUT there is no harm in trying for a HEALTHIER YOU!!!

    Simplicity is key--- I use lavender aroma therapy myself. I put a little on my wrist and below my nostrils. Chamomile or sleepy-time tea may also be very calming.
